Refund Policy – RDS WEB SOLUTIONS

At RDS WEB SOLUTIONS, we take pride in delivering high-quality website design, development, and digital marketing services. Please read our refund policy carefully before availing of our services.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:

• The project has not yet been started.
• You cancel the service within 24 hours of payment and before any work, planning, or resource allocation has begun.
• We fail to deliver the agreed-upon scope of work and have not responded to reasonable revision or correction requests.

2. Non-Refundable Services

The following services are strictly non-refundable:

• Google Ads / Pay-Per-Click (PPC) Campaigns
• Facebook / Instagram / Meta Marketing
• Search Engine Marketing (SEM)
• Search Engine optimization(SEO)
• Ad Campaign Management Services
• Third-party expenses such as domain name, hosting, premium themes or plugins, or licensed images
• Any project where initial work has started or concepts/strategies have been shared
• Once GST (Goods and Services Tax) has been filed against your invoice, refunds cannot be issued under any circumstances

 Important: GST filing is considered a confirmation of business transaction and accounting finality. Once GST is filed, we are legally unable to cancel or reverse the invoice.

3. Delays & Client Responsibility

We are not responsible for delays caused due to:

• Incomplete content or requirements provided by the client
• Delayed feedback or approvals
• Technical issues not under our control (e.g., server failures, platform downtime)

4. Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted only at our discretion if:

• The project is mutually agreed to be terminated partway
• A portion of deliverables remains unfulfilled by us (excluding ad campaigns)

5. Refund Request Process

To request a refund:

• Email us at info@rdswebtech.com within 10 days of payment
• Mention the service name, invoice number, and clear reason for the refund
• If approved, the refund will be processed within 20-45 business days to the original payment method

6. Policy Changes

We reserve the right to update or modify this refund policy at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be available on our website.
