We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to join RDS Web Solutions on a commission-based model. The ideal candidate will identify new business opportunities, generate qualified leads, and help expand our client base in web development, digital marketing, and app development services.
✅ Generate and close leads for web, app, and digital marketing projects.
✅ Build and maintain strong client relationships.
✅ Achieve monthly sales targets through commissions.
✅ Represent RDS Web Solutions in meetings and presentations.
✅ Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.
✅ 1–3 years of experience in sales or business development (IT industry preferred).
✅ Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
✅ Self-driven, target-oriented, and good at networking.
✅ Familiarity with digital marketing and web solutions is a plus.
💰 Commission-Based: Attractive percentage on every successful project closure.
(High performers may be considered for a fixed + incentive role.)
